Six Strange Things
Gina tagged me to name six strange things about myself. So here it goes:
- My favorite genres of novels: Fantasy (George R.R. Martin, Tolkien) and literary fiction (John Irving and Richard Russo). Usually those two worlds never collide.
- I’m quite an adventurous eater. I’ve ate kangaroo, crocodile, ostrich, deer, and blood sausage, among other many other things. That said, I think that the combination of cantaloupe and ice cream is an abomination.
- I cannot work on the computer unless I have more than four windows of something open. Some think that it’s also strange that I have my CapsLock and Control keys switched, but there is a method to my madness.
- I don’t like butter on my meat sandwiches. If butter is my only option, I opt to go dry than have butter with my ham or turkey.
- I don’t watch sports. At all. They aren’t even on my radar.
- I can work all day at the computer and come home and be on the computer all evening — granted, doing what I want to do besides what my boss wants me to do.
