The Wheels on the Bus Go Round and Round . . .

I just started my contract this week and it’s going well.  Very well, I think, for the first week.  I hope the employeer thinks so too .. .

But this isn’t about that (yet).  It’s about transportation.  I’m taking the bus.  I don’t want to drive 30-40 minutes everyday, paying to park, and walking ¼ mile to the office, and do the whole thing again.  So I drive a half mile to a park-n-ride, put in my bus pass, and read for thirty minutes on the way downtown, while someone else drives. And they drop me off in front of the office.  At night, I walk across the street, get on the bus, and again read the half-hour back to my car.  Wonderful stuff — at $1.50/ride.

So, if you are interested, find the nearest bus stop and go for it.
