Lunch confidential with Anthony Bourdain

I promise that this isn’t turning into a food blog, but there just a lot of stuff happening there.

Like this interview with Anthony Bourdain. He talks about his food adventures, travel, Rachel Ray, etc., and is his usual cranky self:

Q Vegetarians? A Joyless, angry, frightened, anti-human, and just plain rude. How can you travel and be a vegetarian? I don’t like my grandma’s cooking, but at least I try it.

Oh, and if you are somewhat interested in food and cooking, I highly recommend Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly. It’s fun read.
