The Great Barbeque Bible

I’ve blogged on this before, but if you are into grilling, then you need to get the The Barbecue! Bible. Your grilling experience will be expanded beyond burgers, brats, and chicken breasts. Gina could tell you that I can sit and browse this cookbook all summer long. And every year I find new recipes in there that I need to try.

The first one I tried was this Brazilian Beer Chicken[1]. I mean, what can go wrong with chicken soaked in mustard, beer, and garlic for two days? Well, except that you over cook it. But the book tells you how to cook it! It’s not just recipes — it’s also techniques and tricks to make your grilling experience delightful and tasty!

[1] Yes, this recipe was blantly copied from the cookbook. But it gives you an idea of what this tome holds.
